Meet Your Private Shore Trip Guide
The biggest point of anxiety for many clients is the question, "How will we meet our guide?" When you make a reservation you are asked to provide a client or group name. This name is the contact name that the guide is given. Guides gather at the piers and hold signs with client names much like limo drivers waiting outside of customs at the airport. For large groups the sign is often posted on the windshield of the coach. If at first you don't see your guide, don't panic, be patient in looking as in some ports there may be dozens of private guides meeting clients. It is rare for there to be a problem, but of course, you would also have the phone number of a local contact.
